Sometimes how you wake up can influence your day. You can take control towards having a positive day by taking time to have gratitude for what is in your life right now. We tend to take the little things for granted, and just take a minute to say thank you. While you’re there, take just a little time to let the grumpiness out. Be a little sad, feel a little sorry for yourself, allow that space to be released.
Then, get ready for the build up. You are going to feel whole again. There is something about that good, ol’ rock and roll. When I’m feeling my lowest, I need the strum of the guitar and the rumble in the voice to just wake me up. Remember, you are amazing. Every struggle that has been thrown your way is something you have the strength to overcome. You are strong enough and powerful enough to create the life you want to live.
